These are great people and this was a great podcast. I do think it is sad that on one hand they promote the American worker in our wages and on the other hand poo poo the idea of not wanting illegal immigrants flooding our country and bringing down wages FOR THE AMERICAN WORKER. It’s not about race at all, the Mexican people and culture are wonderful and beautiful but we cannot have a country where people can come and go as they please specially those who are willing to work for pennies on the dollar. I wish Krystal would do a better job and stop making it about race

I thought it was interesting how liberal Joe Rogan who always complained about the growing homeless in California but never blamed the democrats, had left that state just before he signed the spotify deal and didn't want his taxes from that high taxing state, to go and help the homeless.

People always want to find the answers as to WHY?, HOW? and WHAT? makes someone, or something popular. You can find some explanations that may pacify the curiosity we inherently have about these things, but truth be told it's impossible to replicate any of these magical events, and no matter how hard we try we will never be able to fully answer the questions because there is something about some people that is unexplainable and rare and we try to rationalize or explain what makes things become what they are and people who they become in vein! Some things/people are meant to be transformative and sometimes we just have to appreciate what they are and just accept that we will never really know the how's, what's or the why's...I just think there is magic and mystery that we aren't meant to fully understand. Just like the word charisma... It tries to explain someone's appeal, but all it actually does is slap a label on it. There are some things we will never fully understand, and life is better for it!

What he can't understand is that the secret is the fact that he didn't do it to earn millions of dollars and that he never "decided" to do 3h podcasts. That's just what happened. And the people love it because it feels REAL and not produced to make the most out of it possible.

Speaking of pretending & politics, Reagan was well known for being a Hollyweird actor amongst other things when he became president which was the same as Trump. Also the same was their use of the MAGA slogan to gain office. What I want to know is whose bright idea it was in 1980 to steal Hitler's Make Germany Great Again slogan that he used to get into power repurposed for our idiotic polarizing bipartisal pile of BS here in the states?!? Then again 35 years later?!? All 3 instances it played out like some black magic NLP spell. Tired of the constant tricky illusions. Deep fake virtual reality is alive & well apparently. As I've always said, we're all crazy in our own special way. Don't have time for anything but my kind of crazy now but mostly only IRL. Minimum wage is under $10 an hour for at least 1/2 the working class people of this planet & in the 80s when I began my tax paying jobs it was under $3. Am thinking the appeal of the podcast or radio interview feels like U Can't Do That On Television. Thanks for the awesome interview!

People born and raised in So Cal are more like Adam Carolla, it's the phonies who want to just regurgitate what someone else writes that are the ones Joe describes. Enjeti presents himself as an anti-war populist. “The entire reason I am interested in politics is because of 9/11 and opposition to the war in Iraq. It is my North Star and always will be,” he said in a recent episode of “Rising.” But this is difficult to square with the fact that he chose to study counter-terrorism in Israel and to work for two of the most hawkish neoconservative think tanks in America - the very same think tanks whose principals laid the groundwork for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan that Enjeti claims so vociferously to oppose. That an anti-war outsider could choose to work for the likes of the Kagan family does not compute.

The toltec wisdom of the Four Agreements: * Be impeccable with your word. * Don't take anything personally. * Don't make assumptions. * Always do your best. These goals appear to be based on the three masteries: the mastery of awareness, the mastery of transformation and the mastery of intent. As is often the way of Joe Rogan, he speaks cogently with humility and hides his ego behind a cloak of self-deprecating humor, then finishes three or four hours of heterogeneous topics with an impressive finale of insight and comprehension.
